Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because we strictly adhere to our sanitary policy, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged/defective, please reach out to us for a replacement. If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, please reach out and we will work with you to make things right.
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes! Please reach out to us via email and we will discuss options.
Q: Can I change my order:
A: Because we aim to ship as soon as possible, changes are generally not allowed. If you'd like to change an order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Q: Can I add items to my order?
A: Yes! Please place another order and email us the details as soon as possible. If we haven't already shipped your first order, we will combine and adjust the shipping accordingly.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
Q: How much do I pay for shipping?
A: Generally, shipping is approximately $5-8.
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: We do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. But we are a small operation, and some days are busier than others. Our policy is that your order will be shipped within 10 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will be in contact with you and provide you the option to cancel.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! Most custom orders are welcomed! However, we pride ourselves on our work. So if you have an idea for an order that we are uncomfortable creating, we may refer you to another creator who can better create the product(s).
